Los 7 hábitos se aplican a individuos como Ud., a parejas,

Vemos al mundo no como es,
sino como somos.
Lo que somos, nuestro carácter y nuestros valores, comunica
mucho más que lo que decimos o hacemos. No es lo que nos pasa lo
que afecta nuestra manera de conducirnos, es nuestra
interpretación de lo que nos sucede lo que la condiciona.
Paradigma es la forma como vemos al mundo, de cómo lo
interpretamos, de cómo entendemos nuestro rol. Nuestras actitudes y
nuestra conducta son el resultante de nuestros paradigmas. Si
aprendemos a tener un mejor paradigma, un mejor nivel de
pensamiento, estaremos en la ruta a un mejoramiento significativo.
Un Hábito es un principio que se internaliza. Es el
solapamiento y la integración de tres elementos: Conocimiento,
Experticia/Pericia, y Actitud.
Valorar al cliente es un
Principio. Si lo internalizo, si
sé como hacerlo, si quiero
hacerlo, si se qué es lo que
tengo que hacer ... eso es un
Hábito.
Efectividad es crear el clima donde cada quien hace lo que debe
hacer, con alegría y dedicación, sin necesidad de supervisión externa,
balanceando lo que deseamos obtener con la salud y el bienestar de
lo que genera los recursos. Es balancear el corto plazo con el largo
plazo, buscar consenso, cooperación y sinergía. La naturaleza y la
sociedad son interdependientes: Los 7 Hábitos son interdependientes.
Dependencia es la actitud de TU: Tú me cuidas, tú eres el
culpable, tú me debes ayudar, tú no me ayudaste. Estas personas
necesitan a otros para lograr lo que quieren.
Independencia es la actitud de YO: Yo lo haré, yo lo puedo
hacer, es ser autosuficiente.
